bl_bed_set_block_count(3) Library Functions Manual bl_bed_set_block_count(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/bed.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS int bl_bed_set_block_count( bl_bed_t *bl_bed_ptr, unsigned short new_block_count ) ARGUMENTS bl_bed_ptr Pointer to the structure to set new_block_count The new value for block_count DESCRIPTION Mutator for block_count member in a bl_bed_t structure. Use this func- tion to set block_count in a bl_bed_t object from non-member functions. This function performs a direct assignment for scalar or pointer struc- ture members. If block_count is a pointer, data previously pointed to should be freed before calling this function to avoid memory leaks.
