bl_fastq_set_plus(3) Library Functions Manual bl_fastq_set_plus(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/fastq.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS int bl_fastq_set_plus( bl_fastq_t *bl_fastq_ptr, char * new_plus ) ARGUMENTS bl_fastq_ptr Pointer to the structure to set new_plus The new value for plus DESCRIPTION Mutator for plus member in a bl_fastq_t structure. Use this function to set plus in a bl_fastq_t object from non-member functions. This function performs a direct assignment for scalar or pointer structure members. If plus is a pointer, data previously pointed to should be freed before calling this function to avoid memory leaks.
