bl_fastx_set_fastq(3) Library Functions Manual bl_fastx_set_fastq(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/fastx.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS int bl_fastx_set_fastq( bl_fastx_t *bl_fastx_ptr, bl_fastq_t new_fastq ) ARGUMENTS bl_fastx_ptr Pointer to the structure to set new_fastq The new value for fastq DESCRIPTION Mutator for fastq member in a bl_fastx_t structure. Use this function to set fastq in a bl_fastx_t object from non-member functions. This function performs a direct assignment for scalar or pointer structure members. If fastq is a pointer, data previously pointed to should be freed before calling this function to avoid memory leaks.
