bl_sam_set_cigar(3) Library Functions Manual bl_sam_set_cigar(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/sam.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS int bl_sam_set_cigar(bl_sam_t *bl_sam_ptr, char * new_cigar) ARGUMENTS bl_sam_ptr Pointer to the structure to set new_cigar The new value for cigar DESCRIPTION Mutator for cigar member in a bl_sam_t structure. Use this function to set cigar in a bl_sam_t object from non-member functions. This func- tion performs a direct assignment for scalar or pointer structure mem- bers. If cigar is a pointer, data previously pointed to should be freed before calling this function to avoid memory leaks.
