DESCRIPTION Mutator for multi_samples member in a bl_vcf_t structure. Use this function to set multi_samples in a bl_vcf_t object from non-member functions. This function copies the array pointed to by new_multi_sam- ples to bl_vcf_ptr->multi_samples.
