NAME
       cxMakeFile - Creates a file structure from a local file.

SYNOPSIS
       #include	<comprex.h>

       CxFile *cxMakeFile(const	char *filename);

PARAMETERS
       filename
	      The file to base the structure off of.

DESCRIPTION
       Creates a file structure	from a local file.

RETURNS
       Nothing.
