NAME
       utolower	 -  Converts  a	letter to lower	case. Allegro game programming
       library.

SYNOPSIS
       #include	<allegro.h>

       int utolower(int	c);

DESCRIPTION
       This function returns `c', converting it	to lower case if it  is	 upper
       case.
