NAME
       GENLIB_OUTLINE -	build an outline from the current layout cell

SYNOPSIS
       #include	<genlib.h>
       void GENLIB_OUTLINE();

DESCRIPTION
       OUTLINE	build a	black box from a layout.  After	a call to OUTLINE, the
       figure has only its abutment box, its connectors, references  and  feed
       through.
