taiclockd(1) General Commands Manual taiclockd(1) NAME taiclockd - announce the system's clock through TAICLOCK SYNOPSIS taiclockd DESCRIPTION taiclockd announces the local UNIX clock through the TAICLOCK protocol. It listens for TAICLOCK requests through UDP and responds with the sys- tem's current time. DO NOT RUN taiclockd IF YOUR SYSTEM IS TUNED BY xntpd.
