VCFINFOSUMMARIZE(1) vcfinfosummarize (VCF transformation) VCFINFOSUMMARIZE(1) NAME vcfinfosummarize SYNOPSIS vcfinfosummarize options DESCRIPTION Take annotations given in the per-sample fields and add the mean, medi- an, min, or max to the site-level INFO.
