XSHODOU(1) General Commands Manual XSHODOU(1) NAME XShodou - a Japanese shodou program for X based on Tcl/Tk SYNOPSIS xshodou [ -options ... ] DESCRIPTION XShodou is a Japanese shodou program for X based on Tcl/Tk. You can write Japanese traditional letters by using the mouse as if you used a hude - Japanese brush to write shodou letters. You can save the image as an EPS file. USAGE You click the left button of the mouse and drag it - draw the line with putting down the hude. You move the mouse - draw the line with same thickness of it. And You click the right button and drag it - draw the line with pulling up the hude. If you click the middle button, pull up and open the hude from the canvas. You can write shodou letters by re- peating them. If you want to move or delete the drawn line, click mid- dle button on the line, and drag the mouse or select "Delete" menu in Edit menu. OPTIONS You can use all of the standard Tcl/Tk's options. -display displayname This option specifies the name of the X server to use. -geometry geometry This option specifies the placement of the window on the screen.
