bastille-upgrade(8) System Manager's Manual bastille-upgrade(8) NAME bastille upgrade -- Upgrade a jail to new release. SYNOPSIS bastille [-afx] TARGET NEW_RELEASE bastille [-afx] TARGET install DESCRIPTION The bastille sub-command will upgrade TARGET to NEW_RELEASE. -a, --auto Auto mode. Start/stop jail(s) if required. -f, --force Force upgrade a release (FreeBSD legacy releases). This will force the 'fetch' command to proceed in the event of a previous failed upgrade. -x, --debug Enable debug mode. The install option is needed to upgrade a FreeBSD jail not running Pkg- Base. It is run after the initial 'upgrade' command is completed.
