NAME
     FcDirCacheValid - check directory cache

SYNOPSIS
     #include <fontconfig/fontconfig.h>

     FcBool FcDirCacheValid (const FcChar8 *dir);

DESCRIPTION
     Returns  FcTrue if dir has an associated valid cache file, else returns Fc-
     False
