auto-using-pkgbase(8) System Manager's Manual auto-using-pkgbase(8) NAME auto-using-pkgbase - Basic description here SYNOPSIS if auto-using-pkgbase; then command fi ARGUMENTS None DESCRIPTION The auto-using-pkgbase script exits with 0 status (success) if the FreeBSD system on which it is run is using pkgbase to maintain the base system, rather than the traditional base sets maintained by freebsd-update(8). This is checked using `pkg repositories --enabled | grep FreeBSD-base`. This script does not apply to other operating systems, as pkgbase is unique to FreeBSD.
