bastille-update(8) System Manager's Manual bastille-update(8) NAME bastille update -- Update a jail or release. SYNOPSIS bastille [-afx] TARGET DESCRIPTION The bastille sub-command will update TARGET with the latest patches and se- curity updates. The TARGET can be either a jail or a release. -a, --auto Auto mode. Start/stop jail(s) if required. -f, --force Force update a release (FreeBSD legacy releases). This will force the 'fetch' command to proceed in the event of a previous failed upgrade. -x, --debug Enable debug mode.
