extract-genes(1) General Commands Manual extract-genes(1) NAME extract-genes - Extract genes from a BED files containing GFF features SYNOPSIS extract-genes feature-file.bed DESCRIPTION extract-genes extracts genes from a BED file containing features like those in a GFF, and saves each gene to a separate file under the subdirectory Genes-feature-file. The resulting files are suitable for visualizing with feature-view(1). EXAMPLE peak-classifier peaks.bed features.gff3 overlaps.tsv extract-genes features.bed feature-view Genes-features/2-2432432-2423444.bed SEE ALSO peak-classifier(1), filter-overlaps(1), feature-view(1) BUGS Please report bugs to the author and send patches in unified diff format.
