NAME
     isabloperinexpr - tests if an operator appears in an expression.

SYNOPSIS
     #include "abl101.h"
     int isabloperinexpr( Expr, Oper )
       chain_list *Expr;
       long	   Oper;

PARAMETERS
     Expr		 Expression where to search.

     Oper		 Operator to search.

DESCRIPTION
     isabloperinexpr tests if Oper appears in Expr.

RETURN VALUE
     isabloperinexpr returns 1 if Oper appears in Expr and 0 otherwise.

EXAMPLE
     #include "abl101.h"
       chain_list *Expr;
	Expr = createablbinexpr( ABL_AND,
				 createablatom( "a" ),
				 createablatom( "b" ) );
	/* displays   1 */
	printf( "%d", isabloperinexpr( Expr, ABL_AND ) );
