     kcgi_writer_get -- open a writer allocation

     kcgi_writer_get(struct kreq *req, int type);

DESCRIPTION
     The kcgi_writer_get() function opens a writer from request r for subsequent
     use  by the kcgi_writer_write(3) family.  The type argument is reserved for
     future use and should be set to  zero.   It  may  only  be  used  prior  to
     kcgi_writer_disable(3), otherwise it will cause a program abort.

RETURN VALUES
     Returns a writer or NULL if allocation fails.
