DESCRIPTION
     The  libfcrypto_get_version() function is used to retrieve the library ver-
     sion.

RETURN VALUES
     Most of the functions return NULL or -1 on error, dependent on  the  return
     type.  For the actual return values see "libfcrypto.h".
