The getemergencyrecoverdata RPC command is used to fetch data from the emergency.recover file, which contains encrypted data. RETURN VALUE On success, an object is returned, containing: * filedata (hex): The raw, hex-encoded, emergency.recover file * can_create_penalty (boolean): If false, you are using legacy file ver- sion, which can not create penalty transactions, kindly delete emer- gency.recover and restart the node!
