NAME
     lis_array_set_all - assign the value to the elements of the vector

SYNOPSIS
     #include "lis.h"

     LIS_INT lis_array_set_all(LIS_INT n, LIS_SCALAR value, LIS_SCALAR x[]);

DESCRIPTION
     Assign scalar value value to the elements of vector x.

INPUT
     n	    The size of the vector

     value  The scalar value to be assigned

     x	    The array that stores the vector

OUTPUT
     x	    The array with the value assigned to the elements

EXIT STATUS
     The following exit values are returned:

     0	    The process is normally terminated

     unspecified
	    An error occurred
