lis_matrix_scale(3) Lis Library Functions lis_matrix_scale(3) NAME lis_matrix_scale - scale the matrix SYNOPSIS #include "lis.h" LIS_INT lis_matrix_scale(LIS_MATRIX A, LIS_VECTOR b, LIS_VECTOR d, LIS_INT action); DESCRIPTION Scale matrix A.
