NAME
     lis_matrix_set_jad - associate the arrays in the JAD format with the matrix

SYNOPSIS
     #include "lis.h"

     LIS_INT  lis_matrix_set_jad(LIS_INT  nnz,	LIS_INT  maxnzr, LIS_INT perm[],
     LIS_INT ptr[], LIS_INT index[], LIS_SCALAR value[], LIS_MATRIX A);

DESCRIPTION
     Associate the arrays in the JAD format with matrix A.

INPUT
     maxnzr The number of nonzero elements

     maxnzr The maximum number of nonzero elements in each row

     perm, ptr, index, value
	    The arrays in the JAD format

     A	    The matrix

OUTPUT
     A	    The matrix associated with the arrays

EXIT STATUS
     The following exit values are returned:

     0	    The process is normally terminated

     unspecified
	    An error occurred

NOTE
     After lis_matrix_set_jad is called, the function  lis_matrix_assemble  must
     be called.
