NAME
     lis_vector_sum - calculate the sum of the elements of the vector

SYNOPSIS
     #include "lis.h"

     LIS_INT lis_vector_sum(LIS_VECTOR x, LIS_SCALAR *value);

DESCRIPTION
     Calculate the sum of the elements of vector x.

INPUT
     x	    The vector

OUTPUT
     value  The sum of the vector elements

EXIT STATUS
     The following exit values are returned:

     0	    The process is normally terminated

     unspecified
	    An error occurred
