NAME
     utoupper  -  Converts  a letter to upper case. Allegro game programming li-
     brary.

SYNOPSIS
     #include <allegro.h>

     int utoupper(int c);

DESCRIPTION
     This function returns `c', converting it to upper case if it is lower case.
