BL_BED_BLOCK_STARTS(3) Library Functions Manual BL_BED_BLOCK_STARTS(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/bed.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS BL_BED_BLOCK_STARTS(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a bl_bed_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for block_starts. Use this macro to reference block_starts in a bl_bed_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This allows separation of implementation from interface. While the imple- mentation of the bl_bed_t structure may change, effort is made to preserve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
