BL_FASTQ_DESC_LEN(3) Library Functions Manual BL_FASTQ_DESC_LEN(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/fastq.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS BL_FASTQ_DESC_LEN(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a bl_fastq_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for desc_len. Use this macro to reference desc_len in a bl_fastq_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This allows separation of implementation from interface. While the imple- mentation of the bl_fastq_t structure may change, effort is made to pre- serve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
