SYNOPSIS
       BL_GFF_INDEX_FILE_POS_AE(ptr, c)

ARGUMENTS
       ptr	       Pointer to a bl_gff_index_t structure
       c	       Subscript to the	file_pos array

DESCRIPTION
       Accessor	 macro	for file_pos array elements.  Use this macro to	refer-
       ence an element of file_pos in a	bl_gff_index_t	structure  from	 func-
       tions that are not members of the class.	 This allows separation	of im-
       plementation   from   interface.	   While  the  implementation  of  the
       bl_gff_index_t structure	may change, effort is made to preserve the API
       of functions and	macros used to access it.

EXAMPLES
       bl_gff_index_t  bl_gff_index;
       size_t	       c;
       long *	       element;

       element = BL_GFF_INDEX_FILE_POS_AE(&bl_gff_index,c);
