BL_GFF_INDEX_SEQID(3) Library Functions Manual BL_GFF_INDEX_SEQID(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/gff-index.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS BL_GFF_INDEX_SEQID(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a bl_gff_index_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for seqid. Use this macro to reference seqid in a bl_gff_index_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This allows separation of implementation from interface. While the imple- mentation of the bl_gff_index_t structure may change, effort is made to preserve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
