BL_GFF_STRAND(3) Library Functions Manual BL_GFF_STRAND(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/gff.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS BL_GFF_STRAND(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a bl_gff_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for strand. Use this macro to reference strand in a bl_gff_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This allows separation of implementation from interface. While the implementa- tion of the bl_gff_t structure may change, effort is made to preserve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
