BL_OVERLAP_OVERLAP_LEN(3) Library Functions Manual BL_OVERLAP_OVERLAP_LEN(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/overlap.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS BL_OVERLAP_OVERLAP_LEN(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a bl_overlap_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for overlap_len. Use this macro to reference overlap_len in a bl_overlap_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This allows separation of implementation from interface. While the imple- mentation of the bl_overlap_t structure may change, effort is made to pre- serve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
