BL_SAM_BUFF_MAPQ_SUM(3) Library Functions Manual BL_SAM_BUFF_MAPQ_SUM(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/sam-buff.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS BL_SAM_BUFF_MAPQ_SUM(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a bl_sam_buff_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for mapq_sum. Use this macro to reference mapq_sum in a bl_sam_buff_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This allows separation of implementation from interface. While the imple- mentation of the bl_sam_buff_t structure may change, effort is made to pre- serve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
