BL_SAM_BUF...IOUS_RNAME(3) Library Functions Manual BL_SAM_BUF...IOUS_RNAME(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/sam-buff.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS BL_SAM_BUFF_PREVIOUS_RNAME(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a bl_sam_buff_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for previous_rname. Use this macro to reference previ- ous_rname in a bl_sam_buff_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This allows separation of implementation from interface. While the implementation of the bl_sam_buff_t structure may change, effort is made to preserve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
