BL_SAM_BUF..._ALIGNMENTS(3) Library Functions Manual BL_SAM_BUF..._ALIGNMENTS(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/sam-buff.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS BL_SAM_BUFF_UNMAPPED_ALIGNMENTS(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a bl_sam_buff_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for unmapped_alignments. Use this macro to reference un- mapped_alignments in a bl_sam_buff_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This allows separation of implementation from inter- face. While the implementation of the bl_sam_buff_t structure may change, effort is made to preserve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
