BL_SAM_SEQ(3) Library Functions Manual BL_SAM_SEQ(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/sam.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS BL_SAM_SEQ(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a bl_sam_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for seq. Use this macro to reference seq in a bl_sam_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This al- lows separation of implementation from interface. While the implemen- tation of the bl_sam_t structure may change, effort is made to preserve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
