BL_VCF_PHREDS(3) Library Functions Manual BL_VCF_PHREDS(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/vcf.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS BL_VCF_PHREDS(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a bl_vcf_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for phreds. Use this macro to reference phreds in a bl_vcf_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This allows separation of implementation from interface. While the implementa- tion of the bl_vcf_t structure may change, effort is made to preserve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
