SYNOPSIS
       FASTQ_TRIM_ADAPTER_MATCH_FUNCTION(ptr)

ARGUMENTS
       ptr	       Pointer to a fastq_trim_t structure

DESCRIPTION
       Accessor	macro for adapter_match_function.  Use this macro to reference
       adapter_match_function  in a fastq_trim_t structure from	functions that
       are not members of the class.  This allows separation of	implementation
       from interface.	While the implementation of the	fastq_trim_t structure
       may change, effort is made to preserve the API of functions and	macros
       used to access it.

EXAMPLES
       fastq_trim_t    fastq_trim;
       trim_afp_t      adapter_match_function;

       adapter_match_function =	FASTQ_TRIM_ADAPTER_MATCH_FUNCTION(&fastq_trim);
