FASTQ_TRIM_OUTSTREAM1(3) Library Functions Manual FASTQ_TRIM_OUTSTREAM1(3) LIBRARY #include <fastq-trim.h> -lfastq-trim SYNOPSIS FASTQ_TRIM_OUTSTREAM1(ptr) ARGUMENTS ptr Pointer to a fastq_trim_t structure DESCRIPTION Accessor macro for outstream1. Use this macro to reference outstream1 in a fastq_trim_t structure from functions that are not members of the class. This allows separation of implementation from interface. While the imple- mentation of the fastq_trim_t structure may change, effort is made to pre- serve the API of functions and macros used to access it.
