       FcCharSetCreate - Create	an empty character set

SYNOPSIS
       #include	<fontconfig/fontconfig.h>

       FcCharSet * FcCharSetCreate (void);

DESCRIPTION
       FcCharSetCreate allocates and initializes a new empty character set ob-
       ject.
