     FcConfigGetBlanks - Get config blanks

SYNOPSIS
     #include <fontconfig/fontconfig.h>

     FcBlanks * FcConfigGetBlanks (FcConfig *config);

DESCRIPTION
     FcBlanks is deprecated.  This function always returns NULL.
