SYNOPSIS
       STATSF_ROW_SUMS(ptr)

ARGUMENTS
       ptr	       Pointer to a statsf_t structure

DESCRIPTION
       Accessor	macro for row_sums.  Use this macro to reference row_sums in a
       statsf_t	 structure  from  functions that are not members of the	class.
       This allows separation of implementation	from interface.	 While the im-
       plementation of the statsf_t structure may change, effort  is  made  to
       preserve	the API	of functions and macros	used to	access it.

EXAMPLES
       statsf_t	       statsf;
       double *	       row_sums;

       row_sums	= STATSF_ROW_SUMS(&statsf);
