WildMidi_GetMidiOutput(3) WildMidi Programmer's Manual WildMidi_GetMidiOutput(3) NAME WildMidi_GetMidiOutput - get a midi file of a file being processed. LIBRARY libWildMidi SYNOPSIS #include <wildmidi_lib.h> int WildMidi_GetMidiOutput (midi *handle, int8_t **buffer, uint32_t *size) DESCRIPTION Writes the midi-format data from the file being processed to the memory lo- cation pointed to by buffer. The data will be in type-0 format for type-0 and type-1 files. For type-2 files, the data will be in type-2 format un- less the WM_MO_SAVEASTYPE0 option is set. handle The identifier obtained from opening a file with WildMidi_Open(3) or WildMidi_OpenBuffer(3) buffer The memory location where libWildMidi is to store the midi data from the handle. The buffer will be allocated with malloc() and must be free()d by the caller when it is no longer needed. size The location where libWildMidi is to store the size of the midi data stored in buffer.
