bl_bed_set_strand(3) Library Functions Manual bl_bed_set_strand(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/bed.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS int bl_bed_set_strand( bl_bed_t *bl_bed_ptr, char new_strand ) ARGUMENTS bl_bed_ptr Pointer to the structure to set new_strand The new value for strand DESCRIPTION Mutator for strand member in a bl_bed_t structure. Use this function to set strand in a bl_bed_t object from non-member functions. This function performs a direct assignment for scalar or pointer structure members. If strand is a pointer, data previously pointed to should be freed before calling this function to avoid memory leaks.
