bl_fastq_set_qual(3) Library Functions Manual bl_fastq_set_qual(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/fastq.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS int bl_fastq_set_qual( bl_fastq_t *bl_fastq_ptr, char * new_qual ) ARGUMENTS bl_fastq_ptr Pointer to the structure to set new_qual The new value for qual DESCRIPTION Mutator for qual member in a bl_fastq_t structure. Use this function to set qual in a bl_fastq_t object from non-member functions. This function performs a direct assignment for scalar or pointer structure members. If qual is a pointer, data previously pointed to should be freed before calling this function to avoid memory leaks.
