bl_gff3_se...ure_parent(3) Library Functions Manual bl_gff3_se...ure_parent(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/gff3.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS int bl_gff3_set_feature_parent(bl_gff3_t *bl_gff3_ptr, char * new_feature_parent) ARGUMENTS bl_gff3_ptr Pointer to the structure to set new_feature_parent The new value for feature_parent DESCRIPTION Mutator for feature_parent member in a bl_gff3_t structure. Use this function to set feature_parent in a bl_gff3_t object from non-member functions. This function performs a direct assignment for scalar or pointer structure members. If feature_parent is a pointer, data previ- ously pointed to should be freed before calling this function to avoid memory leaks.
