bl_overla...ature2_len(3) Library Functions Manual bl_overla...ature2_len(3) LIBRARY #include <biolibc/overlap.h> -lbiolibc -lxtend SYNOPSIS int bl_overlap_set_feature2_len( bl_overlap_t *bl_overlap_ptr, int64_t new_feature2_len ) ARGUMENTS bl_overlap_ptr Pointer to the structure to set new_feature2_len The new value for feature2_len DESCRIPTION Mutator for feature2_len member in a bl_overlap_t structure. Use this function to set feature2_len in a bl_overlap_t object from non-member functions. This function performs a direct assignment for scalar or pointer structure members. If feature2_len is a pointer, data previ- ously pointed to should be freed before calling this function to avoid memory leaks.
