blt fasta2seq(1) General Commands Manual blt fasta2seq(1) SYNOPSIS blt fasta2seq < file.fastq > file.seq DESCRIPTION blt fasta2seq Converts fasta input to a raw sequence stream. I.e., it removes header lines and concatenates the sequence lines. This is useful to produce raw sequences for tools such as blt find- orfs.
