NAME
     ftpasswd - Perl script for managing AuthUserFiles and AuthGroupFiles

SYNOPSIS
     ftpasswd [ options ]

DESCRIPTION
     ftpasswd  is  a Perl script designed to create and manage AuthUserFiles and
     AuthGroupFiles of the correct format for proftpd.
