NAME
     lis_array_scale - multiply the vector by the scalar

SYNOPSIS
     #include "lis.h"

     LIS_INT lis_array_scale(LIS_INT n, LIS_SCALAR alpha, LIS_SCALAR x[]);

DESCRIPTION
     Multiply vector x by scalar alpha.

INPUT
     n	    The size of the vector

     alpha  The scalar value alpha

     x	    The array that stores the vector

OUTPUT
     x	    alpha * x (vector x is overwritten)

EXIT STATUS
     The following exit values are returned:

     0	    The process is normally terminated

     unspecified
	    An error occurred
