NAME
       lis_input_vector	- read the vector data

SYNOPSIS
       #include	"lis.h"

       LIS_INT lis_input_vector(LIS_VECTOR v, char *filename);

DESCRIPTION
       Read the	vector data from the external file.

INPUT
       filename
	      The source file

OUTPUT
       v      The vector

EXIT STATUS
       The following exit values are returned:

       0      The process is normally terminated

       unspecified
	      An error occurred

NOTE
       The following file formats are supported:

       The PLAIN format

       The extended Matrix Market format (extended to allow vector data)
